- The promoter is Greenhill Group Limited (the "Promoter"). The Promoter is the owner of the website www.greenhillgroup.com. The Promoter's principal place of business is Miles Building, 2 Quy Court, Quy, Cambridge, CB25 9AU.
- All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Employees and their families of the Promoter, its associated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- By entering the promotion, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
- No purchase necessary to enter the promotion, however it is necessary to subscribe to job alerts or by completing a short questionnaire in order to qualify for random selection of one winner per calendar month starting 1st October 07 and running until 31st December 07.
- Entrants must provide all of the necessary information on the relevant forms where possible.
- Prizes are as stated in publicity materials, the website and via email. There are no cash alternatives and prizes are not transferable.
- No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision is final.
- So far as is permitted by law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of a Prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances make it unavoidable.
