Database recruitment

Contingency recruitment is probably the most popular method of recruitment. It allows clients a greater degree of flexibility. Clients have the opportunity to interview candidates on a “no hire no fee” basis and even evaluate our candidates against their own or those sourced elsewhere.

As we specialise purely in Sales and Marketing, we attract, assess and retain an abundance of high calibre candidates which come to us via a variety of sources.

Our database currently consists of candidates at all levels, either actively seeking a new challenge, or those that are registered waiting for that ideal opportunity.

Advertising and selection

Greenhill Group have experience of managing complex assignments through the national press, trade magazines and leading internet job boards for specific client requirements. Search services

As a specialist recruitment consultancy we are able to offer a comprehensive Search and Selection service for the harder to fill vacancy. We work closely with our clients to identify relevant target organisations before carrying out a name gathering and head-hunting exercise. Although more costly it uncovers those hard to find, exceptional candidates, who generally don’t actively seek new employment.

Management and sales training

Our training partner’s Sales Training Programme is delivered around the world, and has produced long-term and measurable change in individuals, teams, and organisations. Psychometric testing

Greenhill Group are accredited to conduct Psychometric testing using both Thomas International and Facet 5. These personality and role profilers allow us to understand the behaviour, motivation, attitudes and aspirations of a potential candidate.

As an employer, once you have understood the characteristics required to complete the role, psychometric testing provides you with a proven means of measuring individuals against these in a practical, efficient and reliable way with standardised testing procedures.
