Matt Greenhill - Management team
Matt has worked in sales and marketing for over 14 years. A few years ago, he realised that no other agency in
Cambridgeshire focused purely on the sales and marketing sectors. So, in 2000, Matt set up the Greenhill Group;
now Cambridgeshire’s leading sales and marketing recruitment specialist.

Lucy Phillips - Team co-ordinator
Lucy joined Greenhill Group in Jan 2008 with over 4 years accountancy recruitment industry experience under her belt.
After graduating with a Psychology degree, Lucy was drawn towards the buzz of the recruitment industry and the
diverse experience of opportunities it offered.
Lucy promises to keep the team in check and maintain the great reputation Greenhill has already achieved!

Richard Blount - Sales team
Rich started at the Greenhill Group in January 2007. Rich is a Media graduate and prior to Greenhill worked for 4 years
in a media agency. He enjoys the excellent team work ethic, his friendly colleagues, and the fact that his working day
is always varied. A massive sports fan Rich likes to play and watch football, cricket, golf, tennis, rugby and squash.

Hannah Sang - Marketing team
Hannah joined the Marketing team in Autumn 2007, after approaching Greenhill Group to help her find a new job! After graduating in
Environmental Science at Leeds University Hannah travelled and worked around Australia before settling down in Cambridge.
Hannah has now been working in recruitment for 4 years, previously specialising in Accountancy. She is a huge football fan
and is training towards running her first full marathon.

Liz Pullan - Management team
Liz joined us in 2004 with over 12 years sales experience in recruitment and IT. Since then, Liz has developed a successful IT desk, recruiting sales and
marketing professionals of all levels. She works with a range of clients from start-ups and SME’s to blue chip and international organisations.

Neil Telfer - Marketing team
Neil began his recruitment career in May 2004 after graduating in Psychology and travelling the world for a year. He’s
been with Greenhill since March 2006 after spending nearly two years specialising in retail and FMCG marketing positions.
Approachable and professional, Neil currently leads the marketing recruitment team.

Mary Caddy
Mary joined the Greenhill Business Development team with 17 years of London based experience in IT recruitment, lead generation and appointment setting.
Mary returned to Cambridge to bring up her 3 children and joined the Greenhill Group to be part of a committed, genuine and reputable team.

Paul Smith - Marketing team
Paul is a business graduate and has over two years sales and marketing recruitment experience across a number of sectors. He joined the
Greenhill Group in December 2007 and is currently working as part of the marketing team. Paul enjoys the diversity of the role and
achieving results, as well as working for a company with a strong reputation and a lively team.

Hugo Feighery
Having recently moved to Cambridgeshire from Ireland, Hugo approached Greenhill for assistance looking for work.
Currently auditing Greenhill Group processes; with a view to attaining ISO 9001:2000 accreditation, he will shortly
join the rest of the specialist recruitment team. An English and marketing graduate, Hugo has spent the last 6
years working in both a sales and marketing capacity. He is now keen to forge a career within recruitment.
